C-ITS Services

By the additional deployment of new respectively by the extension of already existing C-ITS services the national action promotes in an ideal manner the future rollout/larger scale deployment of cooperative ITS in whole Germany.

Germany as Member State will contribute to the C-Roads cooperation by the findings of the implementation and operation of in total eleven different C-ITS services, which will be deployed in different pilot sites and harmonised by the Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt). More information on the status of harmonisation at C-Roads platform level can be found below.
